Perfect measurements and weight

Used this differently than its intended design. I made raft oars counter balances from them. Previously used steel 4lb mounted on the exterior near the grips. These I was able to install into the shaft and at 5lbs was able to get the weight away from the grips. Both oars took about 30 minutes. Another bonus is the seller got the weights to me in 4 days vice 12 Amazon predicted.

Purchased these and first trip out boated several very nice Hybrids. The fish were in 5-7lb range. The bait falls fast and the hooks are very sharp for solid hook ups. Glad I had an extra one because I gave it to my buddy in the boat and he immediately hooked up. These baits worked so well, I ordered several more. How to Use the Fishing Bridle & Leader Reel

Step 1: Unwind the leader from the Cuban YoYo reel to your desired length. For most planer trolling setups, 50 to 80ft of leader works well.

Step 2: Attach the bridle end to your inline planer using the snap swivel. The bridle slides through the planer clip and holds tension while trolling.

Step 3: Connect the leader end to your mainline on the rod and reel using the quick-connect snap. No cutting or retying required.

Step 4: Deploy your planer and let it pull to the side of the boat. Attach your lure or bait to a stinger line behind the planer.

Step 5: After fishing, disconnect from the mainline, wind the leader back onto the YoYo, and stow. Your setup is ready for the next trip.

Is this compatible with the Planer Bridle Kit? +
Yes. This is the same bridle and leader system included in the Planer Bridle Kit, just sold without the planer. If you already own an Old Salty Planer or another inline planer, this is exactly what you need to rig it up.
