UV Black Rubber Bands are preferred over regular tan rubber bands any day of the week for offshore use. Traditional rubber bands break down quickly under the UV rays of the sun; UV rubber bands are impervious to UV rays and last 10s if not a hundred times longer than your run-of-the-mill tan or naked rubber band. These strong rubber bands are made to be long-lasting and durable. We carry #16s for rigging ballyhoo or other dead baits to a pin. We also carry #64s for rigging planers, or for other release applications. UV rubber bands are sold in your choice of 2 ounce or 1 pound bags. We also have a full assortment of lures with which to use our UV rubber bands for fishing.

Purchased these and first trip out boated several very nice Hybrids. The fish were in 5-7lb range. The bait falls fast and the hooks are very sharp for solid hook ups. Glad I had an extra one because I gave it to my buddy in the boat and he immediately hooked up. These baits worked so well, I ordered several more.
