Perfect measurements and weight

Used this differently than its intended design. I made raft oars counter balances from them. Previously used steel 4lb mounted on the exterior near the grips. These I was able to install into the shaft and at 5lbs was able to get the weight away from the grips. Both oars took about 30 minutes. Another bonus is the seller got the weights to me in 4 days vice 12 Amazon predicted.

Purchased these and first trip out boated several very nice Hybrids. The fish were in 5-7lb range. The bait falls fast and the hooks are very sharp for solid hook ups. How to Fish the Mahi Dino-Mite

1. Attach the Dino-Mite to your trolling line using a snap swivel or loop knot

2. Deploy on a flat line or short rigger position at 5-8 knots

3. Let out 30-50 feet of line for flat line positions, 50-80 feet for rigger positions

4. Run 2-3 Dino-Mites across your spread to increase your chances

5. When a fish strikes, let it load the rod before engaging the drag

6. Replace the lure if the skirt gets torn or chewed up during a bite
