Stand up fishing and land based shark anglers know all too well the abuse that equipment can take. With this in mind, it's important to select gear that will last over time. Seamount Fishing is known for their tournament winning bucket harnesses and top rate stand up harnesses. Their new fighting belt is a simplified version of the Moko harness, with some serious innovations of its own.
The Seamount Fighting Belt features a unique design that allows the waist belt to convert from a single to dual support by unsnapping a couple of composite snaps. These snaps aren't metal, so they won't corrode or jam up. The waist belt is quite adjustable, again with a composite buckle that won't corrode. Stainless hardware is used for to connect your reel straps to the lugs on your reel, resulting in a secure connection. The super soft gimbal pad itself connects with industrial grade Velcro snaps, much like a surf leash.

Used this differently than its intended design. I made raft oars counter balances from them. Previously used steel 4lb mounted on the exterior near the grips. These I was able to install into the shaft and at 5lbs was able to get the weight away from the grips. Both oars took about 30 minutes. Another bonus is the seller got the weights to me in 4 days vice 12 Amazon predicted.
Used these jigs this week and crushed the bonito on the east coast. This is a good bait to mimic the small bait fish in our area. Also great pack for a 2 pack. I bought a few different colors.

Purchased these and first trip out boated several very nice Hybrids. The fish were in 5-7lb range. The bait falls fast and the hooks are very sharp for solid hook ups. Glad I had an extra one because I gave it to my buddy in the boat and he immediately hooked up. These baits worked so well, I ordered several more. I also referred several of my friends to the site to order this bait.

The product is exactly as described and just what I wanted.Unfortunately the product shipped to me was damaged, either in shipment or before - hard to say.The packing appeared adequate, as far as I could tell.This is a very heavy piece of metal and it's difficult to imagine how it could have been warped or bent in transit. My best guess is that it was a manufacturing defect which the packer failed to notice.UPDATE: Seller was civil and cooperative about the defect. Problem resolved. Would deal with seller again.
I am using these as weights in my grandfather clock and they work perfectly 😂. About 1/4 the price of clock weights and I think they look nice! Just research the model number on the back of your clock movement and find the correct weights for each.I could spray paint them brass but I am more of a silver person anyway.So glad I thought of this! Take that, capitalism.
