The Pakula Changa 35 is a proven long rigger/shotgun lure that's been around a long time. This head shape originated in Hawaii, with Capt. Jack Ross back in 1988. It's since been made by Peter Pakula, with the vivid colors and attention to detail that have made Pakula lures the stuff of legends. You can pull this longer slant head lure at speeds from 5 to 12 knots in a variety of sea conditions. The best positions for the Changa 35 are long rigger, long corner, or shotgun.
